Artwork Reproduction: 

The unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of a protected copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name logo, design, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration, or any other intellectual property (collectively “Intellectual Property”) is prohibited. 

By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing Intellectual Property to Garage 68 Inc., you and any person identified in your account with Garage 68 Inc. warrant and represent that YOU are the sole, legal owner, or licensee of all rights to the Intellectual Property, and that the submitted Intellectual Property is free and clear of infringement or any legal restriction.

Garage 68 Inc. accepts no liability for any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any Intellectual Property. Nor does Garage 68 Inc. have any obligation to verify whether YOU have legal rights in the Intellectual Property since Garage 68 Inc. is relying on YOUR representations. 

By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing Intellectual Property to Garage 68 Inc., YOU agree, at YOUR sole expense, to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Garage 68 Inc., against any claim or lawsuit alleging that any of the Intellectual Property submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by YOU to Garage 68 Inc. infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, other Intellectual Property, or otherwise violates applicable law or constitutes an infringement, that the Intellectual Property is being wrongfully used, or that YOU violated any of the above representations. YOU will also pay all damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by or levied against Garage 68 Inc. as a result of any such claim or lawsuit. Garage 68 Inc. reserves the right to defend any action brought against it in connection with YOUR alleged infringement, misuse, and breach of representations concerning the Intellectual Property; however, YOU agree to be responsible for Garage 68 Inc. damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred defending such claim or lawsuit.

Garage 68 Inc. reserves the right to refuse to print any design considered, in Garage 68 Inc. sole determination, to be in poor taste or offensive.

Print Quality:

Our pre-production team will check your artwork to ensure it’s ready to print. If there are any questions or concerns with your file, we will send an email or call with options for getting your artwork adjusted and back on track. Most notifications are sent via the email address assigned to your online account. Please keep an eye on your inbox, in case there is any art concern. 

The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can get your order back on track and avoid order delays. Your production schedule begins when the art is finalized.

Artwork Submission:

If you are uploading production artwork, we request the highest DPI (Image Quality) or a vector-based file.

Product Sizing:

While we make every effort to match the sizes offered, we reserve the right to a tolerance up to 1/2" in either product height or width. This is largely due to supplier material inconsistencies but also in part, manufacturing practices. If an exact size is critical, let us know!
