Inks We Use:
Ink Certification:
UL 2818 GREENGUARD Gold, safe for schools and indoor environments.
Ink Type:
Eco-solvent (TR2, TR3, and Original TR)
Product Sizing:
While we make every effort to match the product sizes offered, we reserve the right to a tolerance up to 3/16" in either product height or width. This is largely due to supplier material inconsistencies but also in part, manufacturing practices.
If an exact size is critical, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will make that happen.
Artwork Concerns
Reproduction:
The unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of a protected copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name logo, design, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration, or any other intellectual property (collectively “Intellectual Property”) is prohibited.
By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing Intellectual Property to BeforeTheFun.com, you and any person identified in your account with BeforeTheFun.com warrant and represent that YOU are the sole, legal owner, or licensee of all rights to the Intellectual Property, and that the submitted Intellectual Property is free and clear of infringement or any legal restriction.
BeforeTheFun.com accepts no liability for any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any Intellectual Property. Nor does BeforeTheFun.com have any obligation to verify whether YOU have legal rights in the Intellectual Property since BeforeTheFun.com is relying on YOUR representations.
By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing Intellectual Property to BeforeTheFun.com, YOU agree, at YOUR sole expense, to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify BeforeTheFun.com, against any claim or lawsuit alleging that any of the Intellectual Property submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by YOU to BeforeTheFun.com infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, other Intellectual Property, or otherwise violates applicable law or constitutes an infringement, that the Intellectual Property is being wrongfully used, or that YOU violated any of the above representations. YOU will also pay all damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by or levied against BeforeTheFun.com as a result of any such claim or lawsuit. BeforeTheFun.com reserves the right to defend any action brought against it in connection with YOUR alleged infringement, misuse, and breach of representations concerning the Intellectual Property; however, YOU agree to be responsible for BeforeTheFun.com damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred defending such claim or lawsuit.
BeforeTheFun.com reserves the right to refuse to print any design considered, in BeforeTheFun.com sole determination, to be in poor taste or offensive.
Quality:
Our pre-production team will check on your artwork to ensure it’s ready to print. If there are any questions or concerns with your file, we will send an email or call with options for getting your artwork adjusted and back on track. Most notifications are sent via the email address assigned to your online account. Please keep an eye on your inbox, in case there is any art concern.
The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can get your order back on track and avoid order delays. Your production schedule begins when the art is finalized.
Submission:
If you are uploading production artwork, we request the highest DPI (Image Quality) or a vector-based file.
Shipping
Address:
It is your responsibility to make sure the mailing address entered is 100% correct.
Shipping labels are generated automatically within our system, and we do not check them once they are created.
If order is returned to us, you will be required to pay shipping again prior to release.
There are no exceptions.
Rates:
Subject to the USPS and may change without prior notice to you, the consumer. Please be aware of shipping cost prior to completing your purchase.
Expedited:
Available upon request.
Inclement Weather:
Working in New Jersey, we've weathered quite a few storms and Mother Nature can be unforgiving. While we do our best to maintain daily production schedules, BeforeTheFun.com will not guarantee your order will ship out on the day that it's scheduled due to unforeseen events which may cause a delay.
